Ashley cut her storytelling teeth in NASCAR, where she worked in integrated communications and supported marquee events like the Daytona 500 and equity-based programs like Drive 4 Diversity. The sponsorship-heavy model of NASCAR holds plenty of lessons for athletes seeking to build their careers – and it helped Ashley develop a sports-and-business-savviness that makes her invaluable to Parity’s mission.  

Through ten years in sports communications, Ashley has also worked for USA Track & Field, serving as their media liaison at multiple Olympic Games and IAAF World Championships. Her organizational mastery and narrative vision helps her tell the story of Parity and its athletes and partners with clarity and authenticity. 

Ashley earned her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and her MPS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University. She lives in Seattle with her fiancé and their cat Milo.
