Dani competes at the highest levels of her sports – and at Parity, she's working with athletes and brands to help them reach the highest levels in their own fields.
She was born without her left hand and forearm, but went on to run cross-country and track at the NCAA Division I level and has represented the US in both the summer and winter Paralympic Games – competing in track, Nordic skiing and biathlon.
A lifelong sports fan, Dani grew up dreaming of being the first female NFL GM; in college, she interned for the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers, and worked in sales for the Utah Jazz after college – while training for the Paralympics. She brings a wide range of sports business skills to Parity, and is a tireless advocate for disabled people.
