Parity is where brands intersect with women athletes – but it’s Alana who makes the connections prosper and grow into something significant. With a keen eye for creative and media-driven storytelling, and a lengthy resume of developing and driving content strategy, she deftly guides athletes and brands to amplify their voices, while driving the Parity mission to build the future of women’s sports opportunities.
Previously, Alana was Director of Creative Strategy at The Players’ Tribune, and she has worked in content and creative strategy at the NBA, WNBA, Adorama and AbelCine. She is a longtime advocate for equality for women and the LGBTQ+ community in sports – work she continues in her role at Parity.
Alana holds a B.S. from Pomona College, where she was the starting point guard and a standout track & field athlete. She lives in New Jersey with her wife, Erica and their son, Leo.
