From college to the pros, soccer has been a defining part of Megan’s life — fueling her passion for leadership, teamwork, and growing opportunities for women athletes. A proud UCLA graduate, Megan went on to play more than a decade of professional soccer in the NWSL, competing for clubs including
the Washington Spirit, Boston Breakers, Seattle Reign, Houston Dash and Orlando Pride.

Following her retirement, Megan joined the Orlando Pride’s front office in brand partnerships, continuing her mission to connect athletes and brands through authentic, purpose-driven collaborations.

Like all of our Parity athletes, Megan is more than an elite competitor — she’s a dedicated advocate for women in sports, bringing her experience, heart, and leadership to Parity as an Athlete Ambassador.
