Robin Bone is one of Canada’s most accomplished pole vaulters and a proud Athlete Ambassador with Parity, where she champions opportunities for professional women athletes on and off the field. A 7-time Canadian National Team member and Canadian Indoor National Champion, she has competed on some of the sport’s biggest international stages while consistently demonstrating discipline, leadership, and resilience.

At Western University in London, Ontario, Robin was a 3-time USPORT National Champion and record holder while serving as captain of the track and field team and earning a degree in Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Consumer Behavior. While competing professionally in track and field, she went on to build a decade-long career at Ivey Business School, where she guided undergraduate and MBA students in leadership and communication. That professional experience, combined with her athletic career, gives her a unique ability to connect athletes and brands. At Parity, she applies this expertise to elevate women’s sports, expand visibility, and create opportunities that reflect the true value of women athletes.

Today, Robin brings that perspective to her work with Parity, combining her athletic achievements, business acumen, and love of sport to help drive growth across the women’s sports landscape. A dual American/Canadian citizen, she now lives in Florida with her fiancé, Adam Humphries, and their Shiba Inu, Gigi. Away from the runway, she’s a coffee enthusiast with a special love for cold brew, enjoys traveling and exploring great restaurants, and is known for hosting lively game-day tailgates — a nod to her big football family and her passion for bringing people together.
