Ryann Martin, M.Ed is a strategist, storyteller, and Key Account Executive at Parity. A proud Double ’Dore from Vanderbilt University, Ryann earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in organizational development and leadership, blending creative insight with strategic thinking. Originally from Tampa, Florida, she began her career in Nashville’s music industry, working across sponsorship and digital marketing to connect artists, brands, and audiences through authentic partnerships.
During her master’s studies, Ryann pivoted toward strategy and innovation in the world of sports — a shift that led her to the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. There, she worked within the Business Innovation team, supporting strategic initiatives that elevated the Committee and also was a part of the Team USA delegation during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In recognition of her leadership and passion for global sport, Ryann was selected by the USOPC to represent the United States at the International Olympic Academy’s leadership summit in Greece in 2024.
As a former competitive athlete, Ryann understands firsthand what it means to be a woman and athlete in sport — making her role at Parity a full-circle moment to give back to a community that shaped her. With women’s sports reaching an incredibly exciting era of growth and recognition, she’s thrilled to help uplift and share the stories of female athletes across the globe.
Having lived and worked across the country, Ryann has recently relocated to Austin, Texas. When she’s away from the office, you can find her trying to keep up at local run clubs or planning her next international adventure.
